1-1/2 lbs Green cabbage
12 oz Oven roasted turkey breast, julienne ¼" x ¼" x 2" strips
2 oz Green onions, sliced
4 oz Almond slices, toasted
8 oz Rice wine white vinegar
8 oz Granulated sugar
2 oz Canola oil
1/2 oz Sesame oil
1 tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted
Core and shred cabbage coarsely.
Toss cabbage, turkey and onions in a large mixing bowl with toasted almond slices.
In a separate bowl, add sugar to rice wine vinegar and whisk until sugar is completely dissolved.
Whisk in canola and sesame oils.
Pour evenly over turkey and cabbage mixture and toss to coat all ingredients.
Garnish with sesame seeds.
