Turkey Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

1 lb GROUND TURKEY

2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated

1/4 c red pepper, seeded and diced

1/4 c scallions, minced

1 egg

1/2 c dry bread crumbs

2 lbs white button mushrooms, small bite-size, cleaned and stems removed

Whole basil leaves As Needed for garnish

Directions


 



Combine ground turkey, chopped basil, Parmesan, red pepper, scallions, egg and bread crumbs. Mix well.


Fill mushroom cavities with turkey mixture.


Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.


Serve 3 hot mushrooms per serving and garnish with additional whole basil leaves.
