Turkey Tenderloins and Peach Au Gratin



2 TURKEY TENDERLOINS, poached (recipe included)

1 Package (16 oz) frozen broccoli flowerettes, cooked

1 Can (16 oz) peach halves, drained

1/2 c sour cream substitute

2 tbsp low-calorie mayonnaise

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt, (optional)

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese


POACH tenderloins according to conventional or microwave method; keep warm.

On lightly oiled broiler-proof platter, arrange tenderloins, broccoli and peach halves.

In small bowl combine sour cream substitute, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder and salt. Spoon over tenderloins, broccoli and peaches. Sprinkle with cheese.

Broil 5 to 6 minutes, 6 to 7 inches from heat until lightly browned.

To serve, slice tenderloins into medallions and garnish with a portion of broccoli with each peach half.
