Turkey Tenderloins with Cilantro Coulis



1 c fresh cilantro, washed and dried

1/4 c chopped sweet onion

2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/4 tsp EACH kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 lb TURKEY TENDERLOINS, cut into 3/4-inch medallions

2 tsp olive oil

As needed lemon wedges, for garnish


Cilantro Coulis

In food processor, combine cilantro, onion, lemon juice, cumin, salt and pepper. Process until smooth.

In a small saucepan, over medium heat, cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.

Hold warm for service.


Saute turkey medallions in hot oil for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until turkey is no longer pink in the center.

For service: spoon coulis on warmed dinner plates. Serve four medallions per portion. Garnish with lemon wedges.
