Turkey Tortilla Roll-Ups

2-1/4 lbs cream cheese, softened

3/4 c green chiles, canned, diced, drained

1/2 c red pimentos, canned, diced, drained

3/4 c red onion, minced

1-1/2 c cilantro, chopped

6 Dashes hot red pepper sauce

3/4 tsp salt

1-1/2 tsp cumin, ground

3/4 tsp garlic powder

1 lb PULLED TURKEY, 3/8-inch diced

10-inch flour tortillas 10 Each

2 c prepared taco sauce


Blend cream cheese with green chiles, pimentos, onion, cilantro, hot red pepper sauce, salt, cumin, and garlic powder thoroughly.

Gently blend in turkey.

Spread 6 ounces of turkey/cream cheese mixture on each flour tortilla and roll up tightly. Wrap each roll with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.

When thoroughly chilled, slice each roll in 1/2-inch slices, discarding ends. Yields about 150 slices. Arrange slices on platter and serve with taco sauce for dipping.
