Two Turkey Focaccia

Cooked Turkey, Turkey Ham


2 12-oz (about 9-inches each) focaccia loaves, sliced in half horizontally

1 c cream cheese with chives and onions, softened

48 fresh spinach leaves, washed, drained, stems removed & chilled

1 lb OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, thinly sliced

12 Slices (3/4-oz each) deli American cheese

1 lb TURKEY HAM, thinly sliced

12 Slices (3/4-oz each) deli Provolone cheese

4 Medium tomatoes, thinly sliced


Spread both cut-sides of each focaccia halves with cream cheese.

On each bottom focaccia section, arrange 12 spinach leaves, overlapping as necessary. Layer each loaf with 1/2-pound turkey, 6 slices American cheese, 1/2-pound turkey ham, 6 slices Provolone cheese, 1/2 of the tomato slices and remaining spinach leaves.

Cover with top half focaccia. Secure each serving with long toothpick. Cut each loaf into 6 wedges.
