Ingredients

12 (12-Inch) spinach flavored flour tortillas

3/4 c ranch dressing

3 lbs ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, shredded

12 oz roasted poblano peppers, julienne cut

1/2 lb Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

For each sandwich: spread surface of tortilla with 1 tablespoon ranch dressing, extending dressing to within 1/2-inch edge of tortilla.

Layer in order listed: turkey, poblano peppers and cheese.

Roll tightly, folding in ends. Slice on the diagonal.

Serve with chips.
