1 tbsp olive oil
1 Clove fresh garlic, minced
2 oz fresh spinach
2 Slices cranberry walnut bread
1 oz honey mustard
1 oz Fontina cheese, sliced
1 oz fontina cheese, sliced
2 oz oven roasted turkey breast, sliced
2 oz cranberry spread
WILTED SPINACH: Over low heat, warm olive oil. Sauté minced garlic in oil until tender. Add spinach and toss until wilted. Press or squeeze out liquids. Hold for service.
SANDWICH ASSEMBLY: Per order, spread bread slices with mustard.
On 1 slice bread, layer spinach mixture, Fontina cheese, turkey breast, cranberry spread and second slice bread. Serve immediately.
