1 c mayonnaise
1/4 c orange marmalade
1/4 c mango chutney
1 4-oz FROZEN TURKEY BURGER
1 Each island style bun, sweet style
1 Each pineapple ring (grilled)
1/2 c shaved sweet onions
1/2 c bean sprouts
Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.
Place frozen turkey burger on a preheated flat or chargrill.
Grill until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, turning once.
Toast the bun. Place 1/2-ounce of Citrus Mango Mayonnaise on the heel and crown of bun.
On the heel, layer grilled pineapple, shaved onions and grilled turkey burger.
Top with bean sprouts and add the bun crown.
