20 5-1/3- oz TURKEY BURGER (Italian seasoned), partially thawed
20 oz spicy brown mustard
20 Each French baguettes, split
1-1/4 lbs Brie, cut into thin slices
1-1/4 lbs tart apples, cored and thinly sliced
Place burgers on preheated char broiler. Grill until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, about 3-4 minutes per side, turning only once.
Spread 1 ounce mustard on each baguette. Top each baguette with turkey burger, then layer with 1 ounce each Brie and apple slices.
Cut in half for service.
