1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 (6 to 8-inch) crusty hoagie roll, split
1 oz iceberg lettuce, shredded and well chilled
3 oz CAJUN STYLE TURKEY BREAST, sliced
1 oz Provolone cheese, sliced
1/4 oz green and red bell peppers, sliced
1/4 oz red onion, thinly sliced
Mix oil, vinegar and oregano together. Sprinkle on inside of roll.
Layer bottom of roll with lettuce, Cajun Style turkey, Provolone cheese, peppers and onions.
