4 oz OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, sliced into strips
1/2 oz avocado, sliced
1/2 oz celery, chopped fine
1-1/2 oz hard cooked egg, chopped
1 oz tomato, chopped
2 oz blue cheese dressing
1 Slice garlic bread
Place watercress on chilled entrée plate and arrange turkey strips atop watercress.
Arrange avocado, celery, egg and tomato around turkey strips. Spoon on blue cheese dressing.
Serve with hot garlic bread slice.
