Cheesy Turkey Ham, Spinach and Noodles

Ingredients

Vegetable spray

1 tsp minced garlic

1 lb 1/2" slices deli-cut TURKEY HAM, cut into 1/2" cubes

1 10-oz package frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained

1 c no-fat cottage cheese

2 tbsp dried parsley flakes

1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/3 c water

1 6-oz package no yolk egg noodles, cooked

6 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Directions


 



In 12" nonstick skillet sprayed with vegetable spray over medium high heat, saute garlic for 30 seconds.


Toss in turkey ham cubes and saute for about 2 minutes. Add spinach, separating to combine.


Reduce heat to medium; stir in cottage cheese, parsley flakes, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.


Add noodles; cook until hot, about 2 to 3 minutes.


Serve immediately, topping each serving with a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese.
