2 c (about 8 oz) uncooked mixed vegetable rotini pasta *
1 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1-1/3 c milk
1 c shredded Swiss cheese, DIVIDED
2 c TURKEY HAM, cubed
Vegetable cooking spray
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, melt margarine. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Blend in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Add 3/4 cup cheese, stir until melted. Stir in turkey ham and cooked pasta to sauce.
Spray an 8-X 8-inch baking dish with nonstick vegetable spray. Add turkey mixture into dish and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. To serve, cut into squares.
* If desired, substitute elbow macaroni, rotelle, small shells or ziti for rotini.
