2-1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c hoisin sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and minced fine
1/2 c fresh cilantro, finely chopped
3-1/8 lbs OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, sliced in strips
1-1/2 c bean sprouts
2 c shredded red cabbage
2 c shredded green cabbage
2 c peeled and shredded carrot
20 Large leaves butter lettuce OR green leaf lettuce
As needed green onions
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill.
Yield: 3 Cups
For each portion, arrange 2 large lettuce leaves, 5 ounces oven roasted turkey strips and 3/4 cup total vegetables on a platter. Center a ramakin with 2 ounces Hoisin Cilantro Sauce in the middle.
Garnish platters with green onions.
