2 (.87-oz) packages turkey gravy mix
1/4 c all-purpose flour
3 c cold water
1 c turkey pan drippings or turkey broth
Combine gravy mix and flour in large saucepan over medium heat. Gradually stir in water and turkey drippings with wire whisk until smooth.
Stirring frequently, cook on medium-high heat until gravy comes to boil.
Immediately reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and serve.
Gravy will continue to thicken upon standing.
