1 lb uncooked fettuccine
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 lb ITALIAN STYLE TURKEY MEATBALLS
1/3 c red bell peppers, diced
1 (14-oz) can artichoke hearts, qtered
1 c grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh basil, minced
In a large pot, cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
While pasta is cooking, heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Sauté meatballs and red peppers until meatballs are thoroughly cooked.
Add cooked and drained pasta, artichokes, cheese and basil to skillet.
Toss until all ingredients are evenly heated.
