12 whole grain sandwich rolls
3/4 c herbed cream cheese spread
2-1/4 lbs OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, thinly sliced
12 oz red cabbage, shredded
12 oz carrots, peeled and grated
3 c alfalfa or broccoli sprouts
12 Rings red onion, thinly sliced
Spread each roll with 1 tablespoon herbed cream cheese.
Cover the bottom portion of each roll with 3 ounces sliced turkey breast.
Layer cabbage, carrots, sprouts and then the red onion on top of the turkey.
Cover with top of roll.
