Ingredients

1-1/2 oz pita pocket

1 oz yogurt dressing

3 oz Oven roasted turkey breast, sliced thin

1 oz cucumber, chopped

1/2 oz lettuce, shredded

1 oz hummus

Orzo salad As needed

Directions

Cut pita pocket in half.

Spread yogurt dressing throughout interior. Lay turkey inside and place remaining ingredients atop turkey.

Serve with orzo salad topped with chopped black olives and lemon zest.
