24 Slices whole grain bread
2-1/4 lbs guacamole
2-1/4 lbs OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, thinly sliced
6 c baby spinach leaves, loosely packed
12 oz Havarti dill cheese, thinly sliced
18 oz English cucumber, thinly sliced
Place 12 bread slices on a flat surface and spread each with 3 tablespoons guacamole.
Arrange 3 ounces turkey breast over bread slices and top with a layer of spinach leaves.
Cover with Havarti cheese and cucumber slices.
Top each sandwich with another slice of bread.
