This savory tarragon marinade is packed full of flavors brought to life on the grill. Let your turkey tenderloins marinade overnight to get this goodness in every tender, juicy bite!
1/3 c olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/4 c fresh tarragon, crumbled or 2 tsp dried
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
2 3/4-lb each turkey tenderloins
Whisk oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, garlic, tarragon, salt and pepper in small bowl.
Pour over tenderloins. Cover, refrigerate and marinate several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Preheat grill. Grill tenderloins, turning once, until turkey is no longer pink in the center and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Approximately 20-25 minutes.
Let cool slightly; cut into 1/2-inch medallions. Serve immediately.
