4 (1/3-lb) TURKEY BURGERS
4 Slices Cheddar cheese
4 Onion rolls, split and toasted
2 to 3 tbsp mild horseradish sauce
12 Strips TURKEY BACON, cooked
Over medium heat, grill turkey burgers until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Top burgers with cheese during the last 30-45 seconds to melt cheese.
Spread onion rolls with horseradish. Place burgers on onion rolls and add bacon strips. Cover with roll tops.
