Ingredients

1 Slice thick white bread, toasted

3 oz SMOKED TURKEY BREAST, sliced

2 oz Cheddar cheese sauce

2 Slices tomato

1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

2 Slices TURKEY BACON, cooked until crisp

Directions

Quarter toast and place in an individual oval or rectangular oven proof dish.

Place sliced turkey on top of toast, covering toast completely.

Cover turkey slices with warm cheese sauce.

Top with tomato slices.

Sprinkle sandwich with Parmesan and broil under a preheated broiler, about 4 inches from the heat, until the top is brown and bubbly.

Top with warm bacon, forming an "X" in the center of the presentation
