2 c fresh cranberries
1-1/4 c sweet orange marmalade
20 sourdough bread slices, toasted
2-1/2 lbs ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, sliced and warmed
2-1/2 lbs sage dressing, prepared and heated
1-1/4 c TURKEY GRAVY, prepared and heated to a boil
CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH
Combine cranberries and marmalade in food processor bowl and pulse briefly to mix. Cover and chill to hold for service.
Per order: Arrange 2 slices toasted bread on a dinner plate.
Top with 4 ounces sliced turkey, 4 ounces heated stuffing and 2 tablespoons gravy.
Portion 1/4 cup relish in a ramekin and add to plate. Serve immediately.
