Ingredients

2 oz guacamole

1 oz salsa

As needed romaine lettuce, chopped

4 oz SOUTHWESTERN FLAVORED TURKEY BREAST, skinless and diced

1/2 oz cooked black beans

1/2 oz sweet onions, chopped fine

1/2 oz green bell pepper, seeded and chopped

1/2 oz sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

1/2 oz Monterey Jack cheese, grated

As needed tortilla chips

Directions

In an individual portion glass salad bowl, layer guacamole, salsa, lettuce, turkey, beans, onion and bell pepper.

Sprinkle with cheeses on top. Serve with tortilla chips.
