1/2 c mayonnaise
1/4 tsp minced fresh garlic
1/4 tsp fresh cracked pepper
8 mini dinner rolls
12 oz COOKED TURKEY, sliced thin
8 Slices TURKEY BACON, cooked crisp
8 Thin slices tomato
8 Small leaves butter lettuce
GARLIC MAYO
Combine mayonniase, garlic and pepper together. Cover and hold under refrigeration, at least 30 minutes.
LEFTOVER TURKEY SLIDERS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat rolls 2-3 minutes. Slice in half and spread garlic mayo on each cut side.
Assemble sandwiches with 1-1/2 ounces turkey, 1 slice bacon, 1 slice tomato and 1 lettuce leaf. Top with other half of bun.
