1 12-inch Ciabatta loaf, split lengthwise
1/3 c mayonnaise
3 tbsp pre-made pesto sauce
3 oz sun-dried tomatoes, drained and julienned
12-oz TURKEY BREAST DELI MEAT, sliced thin
3-oz Provolone cheese, sliced
Red leaf lettuce leaves, rinsed, dried and chilled As needed
Spread thin layer of mayonnaise on both cut sides of the loaf.
Spread thin layer of pesto on both cut sides of the loaf.
Sprinkle sun-dried tomatoes on lower side of the loaf.
Place turkey slices on top of tomatoes. Layer cheese on top of turkey and add lettuce leaves.
Top with other slice of bread and cut into 4-inch lengths.
