1 Recipe BASIC TURKEY BURGER PLUS

4 (1-oz) slices Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 c sour cream

1/4 c chunky salsa

1/2 tsp dried cilantro

4 hamburger buns, split and toasted

1 avocado, sliced

  1. Prepare and cook burgers according to BASIC TURKEY BURGER PLUS recipe



  2. Just before serving, top each burger with 1 ounce cheese; broil until cheese melts.



  3. In small bowl, combine sour cream, salsa and cilantro.



  4. Serve burgers on buns topped with sauce and avocado slices.
