4 slices crusty herb or white bread
4 tbsp cranberry orange relish, divided
8-12 thin slices fully-cooked OVEN ROASTED TURKEY
2-2/3 c mashed potatoes, heated
2 c leftover turkey gravy, hot
*Leftover cooked turkey or deli turkey may be used.
**Fresh from the deli case, frozen or instant potatoes may be used.
Place each bread slice on dinner plate and spread 1 tablespoon of relish on each slice. Top bread with 2 warm turkey slices, 2/3 cup hot mashed potatoes and 1/2 cup hot gravy.
