4 lbs GROUND TURKEY
1-1/4 tbsp salt
1/4 c sesame oil
Shiitake mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1/2 c water chestnuts, finely chopped
1/4 c soy sauce
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
2 tbsp white sesame seeds
1-1/2 tsp fresh ginger root, peeled and grated
3 Cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 Each scallion, finely chopped
1/4 c rice wine vinegar
3 tbsp nonfat dry milk powder
Water If Needed
Place all ingredients in a bowl, mix until combined (1-2 minutes).
Portion into 24 3-ounce patties.
Place turkey patties on sheet tray.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven until the internal temperature reads 165 degrees F, about 15 minutes.
