1-1/3 c herbs (basil, oregano, thyme, parsley), fresh, chopped (OR 3 tbsp dried herbs)

24 4-oz TURKEY BURGERS, seasoned or unseasoned

2 tbsp olive oil
2-1/4 lbs Mozzarella cheese, sliced
12 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
Saute onions and garlic in oil until limp. Stir in tomatoes and herbs; remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Grill turkey patties 3-5 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
For each serving: brush both sides of 1 pita with oil. Cover with 1 ounce sliced Mozzarella and 1/2 ounce Parmesan cheeses. Place grilled turkey patty in center. Top with additional 1/2 ounce sliced Mozzarella and 1/3 cup of tomato sauce. Place on hot baking sheet; bake in 450 degree F oven, until bread is crisp and cheese is melted.
