Rainbow Turkey, Cheddar and Pasta Salad

Ingredients

1-3/4 c tri-colored rotini pasta

1 c snow peas

1 c prepared Italian salad dressing

1 c COOKED TURKEY BREAST, cut into bite-sized cubes

1 c cubed DELI TURKEY HAM

1 c cherry or grape tomatoes

1/2 c sweet bell pepper chunks, seeds and ribs removed

1/2 c shredded carrots

1/2 c cubed mild Cheddar cheese

1/4 c fresh basil leaves, cut into strips

Directions


 



Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions. Add snow peas to the boiling water about one minute before pasta is done.


Drain both pasta and snow peas and rinse under cold water.


Place pasta and snow peas in a large bowl. Add salad dressing to pasta and mix well.


Add cooked turkey, turkey ham, tomatoes, bell pepper, carrots and cheese. Mix well to coat all ingredients with the salad dressing.


Cover and chill, at least, 2 hours before serving.


Sprinkle fresh basil on top of each portion.
