Santa Fe Turkey ‘n Bacon Sandwich

Ingredients

1/2 oz red bell pepper, julienned

1/2 oz green bell pepper, julienned

1/4 tsp mesquite fajita seasoning

1 Three cheese hoagie bun, split

1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted or softened

4 oz SMOKED TURKEY BREAST, sliced

1 oz chipotle mayonnaise

1 oz spring lettuce mix

2 Slices TURKEY BACON, cooked

2 Thin slices Pepper Jack cheese

Directions

Place bell peppers on preheated grill rack, 4 to 5 inches from the heat. Season with fajita seasoning. Grill until tender.

Spread cut side of bun with butter and lightly brown on grill.

Heat sliced turkey.

Place chipotle mayonnaise and spring lettuce mix on bottom of hoagie bun.

Top with turkey, bacon, grilled peppers and cheese.
