2 c whipped plain cream cheese
12 (10-Inch) burrito size flour tortillas
6 Medium ripe mangos, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/2-inch thick strips
1 Bunch green onions, green tops only, chopped fine
3 Medium red bell peppers, seeded and cut into thin julienne strips
1-1/4 lbs SMOKED TURKEY BREAST, very thinly sliced
Spread cream cheese over tortillas to within 1/4-inch of the edges. Place mango, chopped green onion and bell pepper strips over 2/3 of the surface of each tortilla.
Top each with 1-2/3 ounces turkey. Roll up tightly. Gently squeeze rolls to secure ingredients. Cover and chill.
For service: cut into 1/2-inch thick slices. Serve chilled.
