2 Slices whole wheat bread
1-1/2 tbsp whipped low-fat cream cheese
1-1/2 tbsp dried cranberries
1/4 oz fresh baby spinach
3 oz SMOKED TURKEY BREAST, sliced
Spread cream cheese on both slices of bread. Sprinkle one slice with cranberries, using a knife to gently press them into the bread.
Place spinach leaves on top of remaining bread slice.
Layer with turkey slices and crown with top slice of bread. Slice on the diagonal.
