96 Slices marble rye bread
3 c honey mustard sauce
7-1/2 lbs COOKED SMOKED TURKEY, sliced thin
3 lbs Provolone cheese, cut in 1-oz slices
As needed margarine, melted
Assemble single slices of bread on tray pans.
Spread bread slices with a thin layer of mustard, about 1-1/2 teaspoons each.
Arrange 2-1/2 ounces sliced turkey atop 48 slices bread.
Cover the turkey with 1 slice Provolone cheese.
Top with remaining bread slices.
Brush outside of each bread slice with melted margarine. Grill in tilt top until golden and cheese has melted.
Hold hot for serving. Slice on the diagonal.
