2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Dash of each salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 c shredded or chopped green cabbage
2 tbsp peeled and shredded carrots
8 turkey hot dogs
8 hot dog buns, heated
In a small bowl, whip together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Toss cabbage and carrots together in a medium bowl. Add mayonnaise mixture and blend well.
Cover and refrigerate at least, 2 hours.
Grill hot dogs over medium direct heat, turning every few minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Place hot dogs in heated buns and top with about 2 tablespoons chilled slaw or other desired toppings.
