Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 c finely chopped onion

1 tsp minced garlic

1 lb ground turkey


8 oz can tomato sauce

1/4 c water

3 tbsp taco seasoning mix


4 hamburger buns

shredded cheese

sour cream

shredded lettuce

diced tomatoes

salsa

sliced olives

guacamole

Directions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil. Saute onions for 2 to 3 minutes, until softened. Add garlic and saute another minute.

Crumble turkey into the skillet and cook until no longer pink. Stir in tomato sauce, water and taco seasoning mix. Bring mixture to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.

Evenly divide the sloppy joe mixture among 4 hamburger buns. Top with your favorite taco toppings.
