1 c minced onion, grilled
1 1/2 lbs freshly ground turkey
2 tbsp tomato paste or tomato puree
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 English Muffins, toasted
Ketchup, for topping

Mix grilled onion into ground turkey with the next three ingredients.
Form into patties 3/4-inch thick, indenting the centers.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm them up. Cook until the middles are opaque, about 4 minutes per side, and until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place burgers between English muffin as burger bun.
Add traditional toppings of your choice (such as coleslaw and tomato) and your favorite ketchup.
