1 c mayonnaise
1/4 c ketchup or chili sauce
1 tbsp pickle relish
4 Dashes Worcestershire sauce
Freshly ground black pepper Dash
20 Slices marble rye bread
10-15 Pieces leafy green lettuce
10 Slices red ripe tomatoes
10 Thin slices red onion
2-1/2 lbs OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, sliced thin
20 Slices TURKEY BACON, crisp cooked
32 Slices ripe avocado
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper As needed
RUSSIAN DRESSING
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Continue whisking until well blended.
Cover and refrigerate for service.
SANDWICH ASSEMBLY
Spread 1 tablespoon Russian dressing on each slice of bread. On 10 slices of bread, layer lettuce, tomato and onion slices, 4-ounces turkey, 2 bacon strips, 4 avocado slices, salt and pepper.
Place remaining bread slices on top. Secure each sandwich with a toothpick.
Cut in half or quarters.
