3 c whole cranberry sauce
1 tbsp horseradish
24 Slices sourdough bread
1-1/2 lbs OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, thinly sliced
12 Slices (2/3 to 3/4-oz each) American cheese
1 c unsalted butter, melted
Combine cranberry sauce and horseradish in small bowl.
Spread 1 side of each of 12 slices bread with 1/4-cup cranberry sauce mixture.
To assemble each sandwich, layer 1 slice bread, cranberry-side up, with 2 ounces sliced turkey, cheese and second bread slice. Brush top and bottom with melted butter.
Per order: Heat griddle on medium-high heat. Place sandwich on griddle and grill, turning once, until golden brown and cheese has melted.
Serve with fresh fruit.
