Turkey and Egg Pasta Salad

Ingredients

1-1/2 c light salad dressing

1/4 c freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/4 c sugar

1/8 tsp seasoned salt

1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper or to taste

16 oz bow-tie pasta

1/2 c frozen peas, cooked

2 c cubed COOKED TURKEY

1/4 c chopped celery

1/4 c seeded and chopped green pepper

1 Bunch green onions, chopped

3 Large hard-cooked eggs, peeled and thinly sliced

SALAD DRESSING



In a small mixing bowl, whip salad dressing, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth. Cover and refrigerate.


TURKEKY and PASTA SALAD




Cook pasta according to directions on the box. Rinse with cold water and place in a large mixing bowl.


Cook peas according to directions on the package. Rinse with cold water and add to drained pasta.


Stir in turkey, celery, green peppers, green onions and eggs.


Pour salad dressing over pasta mixture and stir until moistened.


Cover and chill in refrigerator for, at least, two hours.
