2 oz romaine lettuce, chopped coarsely
2 oz spring mix lettuce
1 Small tart apple, sliced paper thin
1 oz dried cranberries
3 oz OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, julienne cut
1/2 oz sugared pecans
1 oz fresh herb vinaigrette
Prepare and chill all ingredients. Combine lettuces and toss with apple and cranberries. Arrange on chilled serving plate.
Add turkey and sprinkle pecans over entire salad. Drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately.
