Turkey Fondue with Sauces



1 lb TURKEY TENDERLOINS, cut into 1-inch cubes

To Taste Salt and pepper

Currant Chutney, recipe link

Dill Sauce, recipe link

Creamy Mustard Sauce, recipe link

2 Cans (13-3/4 oz each) chicken broth OR TURKEY BROTH

2 Cans (13-3/4 oz each) no-sodium chicken broth OR TURKEY BROTH


  1. Lightly sprinkle turkey cubes with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate

    for up to 8 hours before use.

  2. Prepare Sauces.

  3. In fondue pot, over high heat, bring broth to boil. Transfer broth to fondue

    burner. Spear turkey cubes onto fondue forks and cook in boiling broth 3 to

    4 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in center.

  4. Remove from fondue forks. Spear more turkey cubes on fondue fork and cook.

    Serve cooked cubes with sauces.
