Ingredients

1 lb GROUND TURKEY

1 Egg, beaten

1/2 c bread crumbs

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

1/4 c water

2 tbsp dried minced onion

1 tbsp dried pepper flakes

1/4 tsp pepper

3 tbsp catsup

4 Servings prepared instant mashed potatoes

1/4 c reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions


 



In medium bowl combine turkey, egg, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, water, onion, pepper flakes, pepper and catsup. Shape turkey mixture into a 6-inch round loaf. Coat an 8-inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray and place loaf in pie plate.


Bake at 350 degrees F. 45 to 60 minutes or until turkey loaf is no longer pink in center. Cover surface of loaf with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle cheese over top of loaf; bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
