4 oz cola
1 oz orange zest, thinly sliced
1 5-1/2 -oz TURKEY MIGNON or TENDERLOIN
1 to 2 Strips TURKEY BACON
Mix cola and orange zest together to make marinade.
Marinate the turkey mignon for at least one hour. Drain turkey and discard marinade.
Wrap the mignon with bacon.
Grill over direct medium heat until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F.
Serve with scalloped potatoes and garnish with additional orange zest.
