4 oz Stilton cheese, room temperature
1/3 to 1/2 c heavy cream
4 (4-oz) panini rolls, sliced horizontally
2 c PULLED TURKEY or shredded OVEN ROASTED TURKEY
4 oz pear, peeled, roasted, cored and sliced
1 c caramelized onions
Whip cheese and cream, blending until smooth. Spread Stilton cream on each side of cut rolls.
Place shredded turkey on bottom half of roll.
Arrange pear slices evenly over turkey. Top each with onions and remaining bread half.
Prepare a preheated grill/griddle (medium heat) with cooking spray and grill sandwiches for 3 to 5 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
Cut in half, on the diagonal, and serve immediately.
