Ingredients
large tortilla or wrap
turkey deli meat, sliced
TURKEY BACON RANCH
1 cup cream cheese (makes 3-4 wraps)
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
TURKEY APPLE CHEDDAR
cheddar cheese slices
apple, very thinly sliced (Honeycrisp or Gala work great)
TURKEY APPLE CHEDDAR
1/2 cup pesto (makes 3-4 wraps)
fresh mozzarella, sliced
tomatoes, thinly sliced (Campari or Roma)
drizzle of balsamic glaze (optional)
Directions
TURKEY BACON RANCH
In a small bowl, mix the ranch seasoning into the cream cheese until smooth.
Spread a quarter to a third of the mixture evenly over the tortilla.
Sprinkle with turkey bacon, then layer on the turkey slices.
Roll tightly, and slice into 1.5-inch rounds.
TURKEY APPLE CHEDDAR
Layer cheddar slices on the tortilla.
Add a layer of turkey, then top with thinly sliced apples.
Roll tightly, and slice into 1.5-inch rounds.

Spread pesto generously over the tortilla.
Layer turkey, mozzarella and tomato slices.
Drizzle lightly with balsamic glaze.
