Turkey Salad in Sesame Pitas

2 c COOKED TURKEY, cut into 1/4-inch cubes

1 c diced celery

1 c seedless grapes, halves

1/2 c sunflower seeds, toasted

1/4 c non-fat mayonnaise

1/4 c non-fat plain yogurt

2 tbsp tahini (sesame seed paste)

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

4 Leaves lettuce, cleaned and chilled

4 (8-inch diameter) sesame pita breads



In medium bowl combine turkey, celery, grape halves and sunflower seeds.

In small bowl combine mayonnaise, yogurt, tahini, salt, and pepper. Fold dressing into turkey mixture. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

To serve, cut 3/4 inch from top of pita and line pita with lettuce leaf. Fill with 1 cup turkey salad.
