Ingredients

2 (1-oz) TURKEY BREAKFAST SAUSAGE LINKS

2 oz sweet potato fries, baked

1 (10-inch) whole wheat flour tortilla

2 tbsp low-fat cream cheese, plain or flavored

2 oz salsa

Directions

Cook turkey sausage to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Hold warm for service.

Bake sweet potato fries according to package instructions. Hold warm for service.

Warm tortilla in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat for 20-30 seconds, turn over and heat another 15 seconds.

Place tortilla on plate. Evenly spread with cream cheese, spreading to the edges. Place turkey links side by side in the center of the tortilla. Top with baked sweet potato fries.

Fold left and right sides of tortilla one inch to center. Fold bottom half of tortilla to the center. Continue to fold tortilla forward until it resembles a burrito.

Cut in center on a bias. Serve immediately with salsa.
